How we hold information.
Sessions
Spiritual sessions and coaching conversations are held in confidence. Notes are kept only when needed for the work and are never shared with third parties. Group containers operate under a shared confidentiality agreement signed at intake.
Executive engagements
All executive coaching and off-site work is held under explicit non-disclosure terms. Communications, calendars, and any materials generated during the engagement remain with the client.
Lotus Letters
Subscriber emails are stored only for the purpose of sending the newsletter and announcing workshops, courses, or offerings if you opt in. We never share, sell, or rent the list. Unsubscribe at any time.
Forms & inquiries
Information submitted through the contact form is used only to reply. We retain inquiries for two years to provide continuity if you reach out again, then delete them.
Cookies
The site uses no third-party tracking. We use a single first-party cookie to remember your audience preference (Personal vs. Executive) when you return. That's it.
